These Terms of Service govern your use of the Flplumbsolar AI online planning service operated by FLORIDA PLUMBING & SOLAR LLC(“we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Flplumbsolar AI is an online digital subscription that produces planning impressions and reports about home water use and solar hot-water suitability. It is planning information only — not a professional assessment — and we do not sell, install, repair, inspect, or evaluate equipment on-site.

We do not promise any specific energy savings, cost reduction, dollar amount, payback period, or return on investment. Outputs are directional impressions based on the information you provide and may be incomplete or inaccurate for your specific home.

Any real solar, hot-water, plumbing, or electrical work must be designed, sized, permitted, and performed by appropriately licensed professionals after an on-site evaluation. You are responsible for confirming feasibility and compliance with local codes before acting on any output.

• Plans are billed in USD on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Free includes 3 planning credits per month; Plan $16/month includes 15; Pro $49/month includes unlimited credits under fair use.
• Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the service, upload unlawful content, attempt to reverse engineer it, or rely on outputs as professional, legal, or engineering advice. You must provide accurate information.

The service is not available to children under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.

The service, including its software and branding, belongs to FLORIDA PLUMBING & SOLAR LLC. You keep ownership of the inputs you provide and the reports generated for you, and you may use them for your own planning.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on planning outputs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
